Szwoleżerów 9 (map)The Museum of Hunting and Horsemanship is housed in two historic buildings in the Łazienki Królewskie Park: the Cantonists Barracks (Koszary Kantonistów) and the Kubicki Stable (Stajnia Kubickiego). Its remarkable summary of riding and hunting themes makes the Museum unique in Europe. Aimed at sharing knowledge about nature, hunting, hipology, and history based on the collections in the facility, the exhibits are presented in four permanent exhibitions: ‘The Polish Hunting Salon from the late 19th and early 20th centuries’, ‘In the fields and the woods’, ‘Eye to eye’ and ‘The Zbigniew Prus-Niewiadomski Carriage House’. The Museum organizes educational activities and prepares and promotes various cultural events.
